COVID-19
All the doctors and team members at Aurora Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery hope that all our patients and their families are doing well during this time, and that all are navigating the last few months successfully.
In light of the potential/mandated restrictions we want to let you all know that we believe Dentistry is an essential part of each individual’s healthcare, and we will remain open to ensure that patients have access to a full range of dental care whenever they need it in the current pandemic, or any other future crisis.
Infection control has always been a top priority for our practice, and you may have seen this during your visits to our office. Our infection control processes are made so that when you receive care, it is both safe and comfortable.
As a reminder, our office follows infection control recommendations made by the American Dental Association (ADA), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). We follow the activities of these agencies so that we are up to date on any new rulings or guidance that may be issued. We do this to make sure that our infection control procedures are current and adhere to each agencies’ guidelines and recommendations.
We want to assure all our patients that we take the potential for this virus seriously. We want our patients to feel confident when keeping their appointments and know that they are in the safest of hands in our offices.
We look forward to seeing you and are happy to answer any questions you may have about the steps we take to keep you, and every patient, safe in our practice. To make an appointment, please call our office at 630-892-1515.
Thank you for being our patient.
